The Sixth Day of Christmas
On the sixth day of Christmas my True Love gave to me…six days of nature.
Beauty. Adventure. Science. Revelation! All these are what our True Love brought us in this gift.
God make the world and everything that is in it in six days…out of nothing…except the words from His mouth. And He said it was good!
Everything was created in just the right order so that by the time there were plants, there was water and sun for them. By the time there were animals, there were plants for them to eat. By the time there was mankind, there were time-tracking bodies in the sky.
A little closer and Earth would be too hot for life, a little farther from the sun and all the water would be ice. The size and shape of the planet, the composition of the atmosphere, all were perfectly designed by the Creator.
Beyond all that, God and His character are visible to every human being in His creation. God wants to be known and has made every possible opportunity for us to know Him. What a lovely gift from our True Love! Take a few minutes and step outside or gaze at some internet photos of the world in which we live and thank our True Love for His lovely gift.
