Ends-of-Cheese Spread

1 c grated or finely chopped cheese (any kinds, dried out odds and ends)
½ 8-ounce package of cream cheese (plain or herb flavored), softened
1 T mayo or sour cream or the last bit of any non-sweet, creamy salad dressing
½ t garlic powder
Dash cayenne
½ t Worcestershire or hot pepper sauce
½-1 t liquid smoke
Combine and mix well. Cover and refrigerate (2-24 hours) to let the dried bits soften and the flavors blend. Spread on crackers, toast, or celery sticks.
